I have played all sorts of sports during my teens and early 20s. But somehow, resistance training has appealed to me the most since it kept me in top shape besides making me feel good about myself. Those were the days when I had a lot of time on my hand and I could afford to spend hours in the gym.
However, since the inception of my company, I have been travelling a lot. Therefore, I haven’t had the time to be able to hit the gym on a regular basis and as everyone who’s been exercising for a number of years knows: a few weeks away and you lose it all.
What I needed was a fat loss program which would not take too much of my time and wouldn’t need too much equipment so I could do it while at home or in a hotel room. I researched on the internet and came across a number of fat loss programs. I tried using a number of these: P90x, Turbofire to name a few. These did work but I wasn’t satisfied with the results.
Being a perfectionist, I researched some more and hit upon this website www.4MinuteAbs.com. Jake Hunter, the author of the book as featured on the website, looked to be talking from personal experience. Also, his theories looked to be based on sound research. So, I decided to give it a try!
Following Jake’s advice on how to get 6 pack abs has made me realise that ever elusive dream of a 6 pack tummy. And that too, spending just 4 minutes a day!I was never able to achieve that level of body fat % even in my early 20s.
Now, I can travel all over the world without worrying about my fitness levels or my body fat % going down the drain!
